So we headed out the next morning (after seeing our Great Great Grandmom's family home in KS) to Weston…home of kitch stop #2 – the World's Largest Ball of String, Not Twine…and yes, that is it's official title.
Located in the beautiful little town of Weston, the best thing about the largest ball of string not twine was not the actual ball but the brewery it is located in…my brother charmed his way in a hour before they were opened and came out with a couple of random bottles and a 6 pack…and no his charm didn't allow him to avoid paying…
Another interesting tidbit about Weston is that it is where Buffalo Bill Cody vacationed as a child…a fact documented with a placard…
